Rights of the User:
You have the right to request information about the data we hold about you under the Data Protection Act. We have the right to ask for the correction\/deletion of incorrect data.
The Data Controller shall process the data for the purpose of fulfilling its accounting obligations for a period of 8 years pursuant to Article 169 of Act C of 2000, currently in force, and for the limitation period set out in Act XCII of 2003 on the Tax Code.
Reservation. The provision of the data is voluntary, whereby the Customer gives his consent to the processing of his personal data. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide the real data.
The Service Provider attaches importance to the protection of personal data and takes all security, technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the data.
In fulfilling its obligations under the Contract, the Service Provider shall act in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest (currently: Act LXIII of 1992 and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information).
